A semi-basement space comes to life and a storage basement becomes a 40 square meter studio that has nothing to envy from a larger residence. Every 1000th of the space is exploited in the appropriate way that leads to a beautiful result.
In a wonderful location, in Rethymno, Crete, a luxury residence of 550 sq.m. has been remodeled for rental use. All areas move in a luxury line inside and outside the house. Marble, wood and pale shades on walls and fabrics lead to the perfect effect for the feeling of well-being and relaxation.
An empty space of 100sqm. transformed into a fully functional apartment. The space was designed and divided into open space living room kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which with private bathroom. The modern style dominates in all spaces and gives luxury through its detail and materials. The lighting is ideally diffused everywhere, highlighting the white and gray shades that are harmoniously combined with the wooden surfaces.
